Jan G. Pauli is a specialist real estate advice company with an unmatched background in the International property sector, focused on commercial real estate.
Our company or one of our International partners gives advice and acts as an intermediary in the field of business properties – offices, business premises, shops and logistic properties and complete portfolio’s.
We are advising multinationals and national companies, financial institutions, property companies, banks and (semi) governmental authorities and private investors about the purchase, sale, leasing and acquisition of all types of business property portfolio’s.
This in various European countries as the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany as well as the rest of the world.
Our offices are located in Amsterdam and Cannes and our partners / twin-offices are in the major countries of the world (cities listed below).
How we work
We look for short term opportunities that require us to move fast. But the decision to move on any opportunity is based on many years’ experience and the way in which we exploit it is carefully considered.
We develop a specific strategy for each investment opportunity – putting in place the most appropriate corporate and capital structures to deliver the optimum levels of success. The company’s open organisation, together with the expertise that we’ve built up in key areas enables us to achieve this balance of speed and rigour.
We’re very particular about the opportunities we move on. We only recommend investments that meet strict criteria in terms of the underlying quality of the assets, liquidity, stability of cash flows, and capital growth potential.
We ensure that every investment vehicle that we recommend will afford our clients a positive exit strategy. Every investment is selected with a view to holding it for the long term, so that we can then take a decision on the optimum time to exit.
Our background in property has enabled us to develop a reputation within the sector together with a network of contacts that gives us access to opportunities ahead of the rest of the market. Our credibility and connections also gives us access to sources of third party finance that enables our investors to leverage significant buying power.
